I try to make up for spending 12 hours in front of the computer every day by exercising, since a sedentary lifestyle is one of the the worst things for your health. Times come when I'd feal nauseated, but it'll usually just pass after a few hours.
Having discipline to exercise isn't really that easy. Sometimes, I'd rather just lie down and think of my plans. Sometimes, I just prefer daydreaming. I target spending 2 hours of exercise each day, but usually do only a fourth of that.
To make up for my lack of discipline, I spend time with my parents walking around the village for 30 minutes every night and do a couple of stretching exercises on computer breaks.
